This single player mod is, at it's core, a merger of three other mods--Diplomacy 4.2, PBOD .92, and Freelancer 1.51. The author further tweaked these mods by adding new factions, new units, new weapons and tweaked gameplay settings. It also fixes a few vanilla bugs the developers skipped over.
