Based in Ontario, Canada, JR Productions wasn't too pleased about initially releases of GTA 5 on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Then along came the next-gen re-releases and the PC version, but still JR Productions wasn't happy with the graphics and the lack of AA, low fps. So, with the GTA 5 – Redux Mod JR Productions have changed all of that, and it looks absolutely gorgeous.
