Download Forward Motion Blur 1.0

This adds a forward-directional motion blur. It adjusts potency depending on you speed and athletics skill levels. Do not confuse this with the Motion Blur mod, as that blurs based on right/left turns. The effect in this mod is subtle and very well done. A performance impact is possible.
