LucasArts have quelled fears for the next Indy game which features NaturalMotion’s Euphoria animation engine, arriving on Xbox360 and PS3.
Despite the recent job losses at the company they’re confirming the project is remaining in-house with their San Francisco team.
The force-imbued and whip cracking publisher has said there are ”no plans to outsource its development to an external studio,” when speaking to Joystiq.
Recently Margaret Grohne, director of public relations for LucasArts, has said they ”remain committed to both our internal teams and working with external partners,” and that gaming sites are ”definitely reading too much into the layoffs”.
Hopefully we’ll get to see some Indy next-gen action soon from this year’s E3.
