Guitar Hero IV was promised to be ‘upping its game’ and it would seem that was no cheap PR stunt. Drums and vocals are strongly believed to be play major roles.
Customising tracks, not vocals though, could launch a whole new wave of Guitar Heroes out there - with whispers you’ll even get to work on the album art too.
All these high flying notions have been triggered from the June issue of Game Informer magazine. Users can customise their rocking songs and then upload them for others to strum along too; this will support all platforms supposedly.
Four bands have also been confirmed to supply the fuel of Rock - Van Halen, The Eagles, Linkin Park and Sublime. Developer Neversoft have said that the master tracks will be featured in the game, provided by the labels.
Rock on this fall when Guitar Hero IV hits Xbox360, PS3, PS2 and Wii.
