Rockstar Games have been fighting to allow Manhunt 2 to go on sale in the UK, but a new part in this saga has been revealed today as the High Court has issued a ruling against the Video Appeals Committee’s decision to overturn the British Board of Film Censors decision to refuse a classification for Manhunt 2.
A High Court Judge based in London has ruled that the VAC’s devision was fatally flawed by “a clear error of law” when it related the game to the question of harm.
Manhunt 2 unfortunately still isn’t clear for sale within the UK.
