Capcom's Bionic Commando hasn't fared so well in the US for sales, NPD's figures show Xbox 360 and PS3 copies combined only managed 27,000 in May.
The game was developed by Swedish team Grin, who also recently developed Terminator: Salvation. The studio is rumoured to have reduced their head count, with more expected?
"One of the key words we had to focus on was 'globalisation' and being able to sell our games on a global scale - not just Japan - was going to be one of the things to help us out of this pit," Capcom's Keiji Inafune said back in April.
The NPD numbers revealed a 23 percent decrease in revenue across the whole US videogames industry for the month of May. While Terminator: Salvation get's a mention in thetoday (#16), Bionic Commando is MIA.
