Arguably GTA: Vice City is the greatest release in the entire franchise largely part to the awesomeness that is Rockstar’s take on the 1980’s, and all that rad-iculous hair. The OFLC have the word ”modified” in the newly rated version, reports Kotaku.
This is all part of Rockstar’s ongoing work with their past products, which pours freezing water over any idea that it was XBLA and PSN bound. Is Vice City the best GTA?
