The lawyers of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP will now resume the filed lawsuit on Bethesda Softworks behalf, replacing Steptoe & Johnson LLP. They're suing Interplay for breach of agreement and trademark infringement.
"We own the rights to the MMO,” said Bethesda's Peter Hines. “We own the rights to everything Fallout. The licence is ours. Fallout belongs to us. That’s what I’ll clarify."
