Users of the PSN have been complaining about the service being too text heavy, and according to Reg Hardware this is why Sony are now market-testing a more image-driven layout similar to Steam or the Xbox Live Marketplace.

Although Sony has lost a few accounts since the service was taken down by hackers, 90 per cent of the users have returned. With 70 million accounts now active, does Sony hope to regain trust with those that have yet to return?
