Jak & Daxter Collection announced

A month ago, a South African retailer BT Games leaked the existence of a Jak & Daxter bundleware including remastered versions of Jak & Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, Jak 2: Renegade, and Jak 3, all of which were originally released for the PlayStation 2.

Now, it seems that Germany’s official game’s rating board, the USK (Unterhaltungssoftware Selbstkontrolle), has now listed a game called Jak & Daxter Trilogy Edition, all but confirming the bundleware’s existence.

However, confirmation has indeed come from Sony itself, which has responded to site requests and revealed that yes, Jak & Daxter Collection will be coming out for the PlayStation 3. According to the publisher, ”We can confirm the Jak and Daxter Collection is coming and will have more news to share shortly.”
