Bioware has confirmed Mass Effect Trilogy will include DLC, although the amount of extra content is based on which platform you purchase.
PC copies will feature the best selection of DLC, including Mass Effect 1’s Bring Down the Sky and Pinnacle Station add-ons. Mass Effect 2 comes with the Cerberus Network content. It unlocks the squadmate Zaeed, plus extra missions and weapons. Mass Effect 3 will come with the online pass.360 users won’t get any Mass Effect 3 DLC, but will get Cerberus Network and the online pass (woo).
Despite being a collection of all three games, it seems the publisher still wants to rinse you dry for the extra content.
PC and Xbox 360 players in the US can get the game on November 6th, while the PS3 date is yet to be announced. No date has been given for Europe as of yet.
