There's a cheeky little fine print in the PDF containing a "list of all the new hardware and software" due for this year's Gamescom. Their sources include the infamous Internetz!
That means the author(s) of the PDF list have in fact listened to the raving rants of gamers online. Naturally they take no responsibility "for the correctness of this information", reads a translation.
The PDF document isto anyone who wants it via the official Gamescom website. Talk of Valve's Half-Life 3 has increased in frequency these past months but will likely result in nothing again, forcing fans of Gordon Freeman to rely on their fevered dreams instead.
Atranslated a portion of the PDF:

EA announcing Dragon Age 3 this week is however much more likely as they've indirectly confirmed its existence to the community already and teased features they would love to work on. They heavily suggested it would be set in Orlais, the neighbouring Kingdom to Ferelden (DA: Origins) and the Free Marches (DA2).
I guess we'll have to be patient a while longer.
