Sleeping Dogs’ first major expansion, Nightmare in North Point, was announced by United Front Games on Sunday at a New York Comic Con panel “Sleeping Dogs - From Cancellation to Comeback and New Content”.
“With the DLC, we feel we can explore other aspects of Hong Kong cinema,” stated the developers, who described the new lightning fist powers, a la Bruce Lee, that the player would get to try. Wei Shen gets them by drinking magic tea.
The DLC will be released around Halloween on the 30th October with an appropriate horror theme, as a gang member has been tortured and killed by the Triads, but comes back to life and brings with him an army of the undead.
