Actvision has announced that the Excessive Force downloadable content pack is now available for Prototype 2, adding new offensive powers and custom skins.
The DLC includes:

o Medusa’s Wrath
Custom Skins
o Armored Heller
o Agile Armor Alex Mercer
o Zombie Mercer
The DLC is available for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 for 400 Microsoft Points ($4.99 USD).
