Last October, Drinkbox Studios revealed its new luchador-meets-Metroidvania title Guacamelee. The game features online co-op as well.
The gamer plays a down-on-his-luck Mexican named Juan Aguacate, who must save the entire world from a reanimated skeleton named Carlos Calica. When the President’s daughter is kidnapped, Juan must travel through alternate dimensions including “The World of the Dead” and “The World of Nightmares” on his quest to rescue the girl he loves.
The game has now been announced for the PlayStation Vita, and a few gameplay trailer has been released for it. Check it out in the video below.
