Players have two choices: first, they can buy a digital copy for $69.99 which will include licenses for both the Xbox 360 and Xbox One versions of the game, which will be linked via the player’s gamertag. The other option is to purchase a digital copy of Call of Duty: Ghosts for the Xbox 360 for $59.99, and purchase the Xbox One version later for $10; this offer, however, expires after the 31st March 2014.
As for Ghosts profiles, ”utilizing your free “Call of Duty” account, available with “Call of Duty: ELITE,” you can carry your profile with you from Xbox 360 to Xbox One and back again. “ As for the season pass, ”the “Call of Duty: Ghosts” Season Pass will upgrade from Xbox 360 to Xbox One at no additional cost. Offer is valid until May 31, 2014.”
Call of Duty: Ghosts will be released on the 5th November. The Xbox One version will be released on the console’s launch on the 22nd November.
