The free-running surprise hit from DICE could well be back after Amazon Germany lists Mirror’s Edge 2 for Xbox 360, although it’s boxart was actually favouring the mock ups of Xbox One titles.
EA’s Frank Gibeau has long teased that Mirror’s Edge is high on the list of IPs the publisher would love to see return. The retailer has since pulled the online product listing.
DICE executive producer Patrick Bach had said in the past the IP was ”too good to kill” and so the prayers of fans may soon be fulfilled. Could it be Xbox One exclusive?
Mirror’s Edge way back in 2008, which is so last decade. EA is gearing up to blow us away next month with their annual E3 line-up and so maybe we could be carrying message bags across skyscrapers again?
