Sony has announced in the PlayStation Blog that a faithful recreation of 1991's Terminator 2 pinball table will be available as DLC for developer Farsight Studios' The Pinball Arcade.
For those who strolled around the arcades in the early 1990's, Terminator 2 was released by Williams and designed by legendary pinball architect Steve Ritchie, who also did Firepower, Black Knight, High Speed, and Star Trek: The Next Generation. Terminator 2 was the first Williams table to use a dot-matrix display.
It's unknown whether the table is coming to the PC and Xbox Live Arcade versions of The Pinball Arcade yet - stay tuned. The Pinball Arcade is free to download for XBLA, and PSN (among other platforms) from the official site . The game is currently on Steam Greenlight.
