The Early Access release of Longbow Games’ Hegemony Rome: The Rise of Caesar has just received a major update adding Chapter 3 to the campaign, as well as new objective rewards in Chapter 2.
German localizations are also in along with AI, balance and object tweaks in first two chapters. Units can now be assigned number keys, and friendly formations are now visible on the battlefield.
It’s early days for the strategy game as a sandbox mode is yet to be implemented, meaning only the campaign is playable. The focus right now is on the forests and plains of Gaul.
Hegemony Rome: The Rise of Caesar is available through Steam Early Access.
