More bug and glitch smashing has arrived with PC patch 1.5.0 for Far Cry 4, as the latest update is now available. It targets ”various” graphics and control issues, with Nvidia preset settings removed.
Streaming should also have less of an impact on performance, and a 21:9 ratio is now supported. According to some mutterings on NeoGAF, stuttering and shadow woes haven’t been fixed.
”This patch will address, among other things, the issues with key-binding and mouse acceleration that player were experiencing,” posted Ubisoft on the live updates page for Far Cry 4. They’ve also released a lengthy tutorial video for the shooter’s map editor.
