Ubisoft has announced a new event for dungeon-crawler The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot that will let prospective players try out each of the game's hero classes for free.
This weekendallows players to check out the Archer, who's available from 5pm GMT today until the same time on July 22. there's also going to be a weekly community challenge, with the chance to win an exclusive skin.
Upon a member of the community completing 100,001 attacks with the Archer, all participants will unlock the Archer’s Darkness Costume, which you can see in the trailer above. After the Archer's weekend finsihes it's the turn of the Knight, followed by the Mage and Runaway.
Interestingly, players can earn a discount on purchasing these heroes by playing them during the free event. The higher you level them the higher the discount, with a cap of 60%. I've never tried the hack-and-slash dungeon-crawler, but the idea of building my own castle and filling it with devious traps sounds interesting.
If you're intrigued you can get hold of the game by visiting theand grabbing the client.
