Riot has announced that Paris, London, Brussels and will host the group stages, quarters and semis of the 2015 League of Legends World Championship respectively, while the grand final will be held in Berlin.
Last year the Championship toured Asia, with the final match taking place in Seoul’s World Cup stadium in front of 40,000 spectators.
That match saw Korean team Samsung Galaxy White triumph over Chinese team Star Horn Royal Club. The final was watched by 27 million viewers worldwide (!) with 11.2 million concurrent viewers at its peak. Don’t be surprised to see this year’s numbers go way above that.
