Developer Milestone has announced that MotoGP 16 will be named Valentino Rossi: The Game and will be coming out next year in June 2016. The game will be published by PQube.
Rossi is a nine-time motocross champion, and players will be given the chance to duplicate his career, which will even include rally car racing, since he also won such noted competitions as the Monza Rally. Players will also get to visit the Valentino Rossi Ranch, which features a professional flat track for motorbike racing. The track is broken down into four parts, including ovals, a motocross section, and a TT course.
”Players can grapple with the entire 2016 official championship, but most of all they can experience the passion, professionalism and experience of Valentino Rossi, both in and out of the championship, with exclusive rally and flat track content, as well as much more that only the number 46 can offer.” said Milestone in a press release sent to GameWatcher.
Valentino Rossi: The Game is the fourth game being developed by Milestone, and it is a departure from the MotoGP series in that it features other vehicles than just motocross racing. The developer released an announcement trailer which debuted on Facebook.
