Teaming up with the lucrative Square Enic Collective, ThroughLine Games was today able to announce their new title - Forgotton Anne - to the audience of EGX in Birmingham today.
With a debut score handled by the Copenhagen Phillarmonic Orchestra, Forgotton Anne is a hand-crafted 2D cinematic, story-driven adventure taking place in the 'Forgotton Realm' - a place where all those old, misplaced toys, clothes and scraps of paper end up when they seemingly disappear from existence.
Forgotlings inhabit this mysterious space and help Anne and Master Bonku navigate the the plane on their quest to get home.
Set for a 2017 release on both consoles and PC, Forgotton Anne is playable all through the EGX weekend, with this morning's reveal video below. Or the live stage reveal available here.
