The co-op zombie murder simulator Killing Floor 2 just got another update offering a bevy of new content including new weapons, new character and weapon skins, and a new map, giving players yet another reason to unite in their battle to destroy the undead.
The Tactical Response update adds a new S.W.A.T. perk, bringing flashbang grenades, submachine guns including the FN P90, MP7, MP5RAS, and KRISS, and a tactical knife for when things get up close and personal. Loyalty rewards will also add elite weapon skins for the 9MM Horzine pistol, and a Horzine Mark 7 Elite Armor skin.
Players will also get the chance to go to hell with the new Infernal Realm level, a community map that has now been made official. Players will be able to murder Zed among brimstone and hellfire, unlocking a handful of new achievements in the process. You can also expect some skills and passive abilities to get tweaks for improved balance and usability.
Zeds can expect some improved drop rates, but will want to watch out for cardboard-armored warriors on the hunt. Killing Floor 2 and the Tactical Response update are available on Steam.
