It's barely been a month, but fans are already latching onto slivers of information potentially pertaining to two new characters set to arrive in For Honor's first leg of DLC.
Making rounds on Reddit yesterday, user Bones404 somehow unearthed what appears to be in-game screenshots of two fighters currently not implemented in Ubisoft's melee action game.
Matching up to the silhouettes shown in the promotional artwork of the game's Season Pass, the two characters involved appear to be the Ninja and Centurion with two more slots labeled 'TEMP' to the right of them.

Speculation is rife that these new brawlers being present on the character select screen mean they'll be allied with the currently included factions - Samurai and Knights - but most would anticipate them to be seperate entities. Users are also taking note of how each of the newly uncovered characters don't slot into the usual roles of Assassin, Heavy or Hybrid. Instead being listed as 'scrubmode', it's heavily suggested that it's merely a placeholder title thrown in during development cycles - or a fabricator's version of 'got ya'.
Until Ubisoft issue their own statement, this one's purely for the rumormill. With the Season Pass set to include 6 new heroes, it's suggested we'll see For Honor take an approach similar to Rainbow Six: Siege with characters being released in twos over a year period.
