Overwatch's Chinese New Year event won't be the only one fighting for your time toward the end of the month if the usual datamines are anything to go by. League of Legends wants you for the Blood Moon event, too.
Though not yet officially confirmed, Riot Games have at least teased the cosmetic changes through a simple tweet.

We won't be seeing a literal Blood Moon until around 2032, but League of Legends is teasing the arrival of its own. Assumed to be making its way into the next Public Beta Environment soon, the tweet has already given us a decent look at Diana's new skin a tour of the darkened state of Summoner's Rift.

But what else will the event entail whenever it lands on the public servers? Though we'll certainly be seeing the usual Skin Spotlight videos once everything is out in the open, we can only go off datamining efforts to understand that Kalista, Jhin, Talon and Twisted Fate will be amongst the others receiving matching outfits.
As detailed by PCGamesN, datamining efforts are likely to spread out a little more once the PBE goes live. Mention of a new ward skin was found, but in-game assets remain hidden like most of the other expected goodies. For now, all we have is a tour video and an eerie bit of artwork. In video form, we have the re-worked Warwick in all his werewolf glory. Fitting.
