Resident Evil 4 Remake has no shortage of challenging fights and terrifying enemies. If you're having trouble fending off the Ganado hordes or battling the dreaded Regeneradores, chances are you may be wondering if any cheats or console commands could come to your aid.
Some infinite ammo or a dash of extra supplies would often be enough to help you push through the game's more challenging sequences, but much like many of its modern meers, RE4 Remake doesn't seem to feature any traditional cheats or console commands.
Resident Evil 4 Remake Cheats and Console Commands
Simply put, we'll need to play the game as it was intended, regularly upgrading weapons and using new tactics when it throws a more challenging foe or sequences our way.
But if you're looking to make things a bit easier or more fun, a handful of mods act as decent substitutes for Resident Evil 4 Cheats.
One of them adds health bars that inform you about your foes' vitality in real-time.
There are many instances in which you're fighting several opponents, and keeping track of those you've partially filled with lead isn't always easy, so this is one cheat-like option to help you become a more efficient killer.
In addition, the Deadly Headshots mod takes some inspiration from classic zombie movies, allowing you to instantly kill enemies with well-placed headshots.
Another mod lets you teleport to specific points in the game as well as toggle noclip, which enables you to fly and pass through objects.
Inventory management can be made easier thanks to a mod that increases stack size to 999. As far as visibility goes, we now have the option to increase the field of view and make bear traps easier to see.
Returning to more traditional cheat territory, the infinite ammo mod makes sure you never run out of bullets.
Although they might not be straight-up Resident Evil 4 Remake console commands and cheats, these mods do give you a handful of advantages while also changing the overall experience, much like proper cheats would.
More could also pop up after launch, as modders get to work on the full version of the game, which we'll keep you posted on.
