Reuters are reporting that author Mario Puzo’s son is trying to sue Paramount over EA’s Godfather game because Puzo’s estate didn’t receive any royalties from the games release.
EA acquired the licence from Paramount, and now Anthony Puzo is trying to claim over $1 million in damages.
“In material breach of the audio-visual products agreement, Paramount has failed and refused to pay the Puzo Estate the sums due it in respect of the Godfather game,” stated the court filing.
