Allen Murray, Bungie producer, has revealed the studio will most likely be still developing goodies for Halo 3 across two more years yet.
Halo 3: ODST is releasing this year and is Bungie’s last full hooray in the franchise, but that doesn’t mean the content stops there. The developer is busy on ”multiple projects right now.”
”Halo 3 took two and a half years to make, and we’re still working on it,” Murray told IGN. ”We’ll probably be working on it for two more years.”
He wouldn’t reveal anything more except to say, ”we’re working on multiple projects right now.” It’s near definite he was referring to future map packs for Halo 3.
Halo 3: ODST is arriving this summer, with Murray noting they just passed a serious milestone in its development.
