The European PS3 release of Capcom’s Street Fighter II Remix has been blocked again, having been submitted for tests twice already.
According to reports the game must be ”redone” and Capcom already have another version ready to submit ”hopefully within three weeks.” It’s US and Japanese counterparts went live last year.
ThePSN.co.uk reports rumour that the ‘no trophy, no release’ rule is perhaps the cause of the delay in Europe, having recently been introduced.
Capcom UK’s Leo Tan has said the release is dependent upon ”Sony QA” and has already run afoul with them twice. This latest version of SFII however Capcom ”can’t give any assurances” as they ”thought the last one would pass”.
Good luck Capcom!
