Ubisoft UK marketing boss Murray Pannell is insisting that the PC platform is still important to Ubisoft as a platform for the Assassin’s Creed series.
This is sometimes hard for gamers to believe, as all of the Assassin’s Creed games, including Brotherhood, have had lengthy delays. Delays to the first and second PC games in the series were followed by a delay to last year’s Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, but Ubisoft says fresh details on the third PC entry in the series are on the way.
Pannell told CVG, ”Definitely, PC is still an important platform for the franchise. The PC version (of Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood) is still on track, looking good and we’re looking forward to showing some concrete details on that format soon.”
Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood downloadable content is due late this month for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
