Sad news for UK videogames retail as February this year was down 23.3% in the number of titles sold from February 2010. 3.26m games sold last month.
Revenue raked in GBP 72.6m which has fallen 22.1% from 2010. Xbox 360 was unsurprisingly the leader of the pack, accounting for 29%.
Yes 29 percent of all games sold last month were for Xbox 360 with PS3 coming in second and Nintendo Wii third. EA was the largest publisher with 20 percent of the UK market, thanks to heavy hitting titles like Dead Space 2 and Bulletstorm.
