Crackdown 2 developer Ruffian Games has revealed, in a classified ad for an environment artist, that it is hiring talent for what the ad calls ”a number of as yet unannounced projects with some of the biggest publishers in the games industry.”
Last January, Ruffian stated that they were working on ”really exciting, high action, visceral titles that are heavily focused on online.” In August, the developer posted a set of screenshots in a Flickr set called “Steampunk,” two of the images seen above. It seems to hint of the type of game the developer is working on.
Ruffian was set to work on Crackdown 3, but poor sales of the sequel have made it unlikely.
