During an UbiSoft investor call, UbiSoft CEO Yves Guillemot has announced that Assassin’s Creed 3 will be arriving on store shelves on the 30th October, 2012, and will be released for PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.
Guillemot told investors, ”We will push the title a lot because it’s a fantastic product that the team has been working on for three years. What we have seen is just fabulous.”
According to sources, the game would wrap up the story of modern day protagonist Desmond Miles as the approaching Mayan “doomsday” arrives in December this year. A rumor places the historical era that the game will be inhabiting as the time of the American Revolution, which shortly precedes the French Revolution.
Regardless, it seems that while UbiSoft deemed the released 2012 lineup as “unverified”, it is also turning out to be accurate, too.
