Digital Extremes’ sci-fi shooter Warframe has received another update, adding a new tileset for a bit of visual spice, new weapons, and a roster of new game modes – it’s also got a brilliant name.
In Tubemen of Regor (told you) you’ll strike at the heart of Tyl Regor’s secret cloning labs, in a branching mission that slightly differs depending on your faction allegiance. The new Operation mission is playable until Wednesday May 20, at 12PM EDT.
New maps are set in “Uranus’ vast ocean of helium, methane and ammonia”, and are playable in a new Conclave Map rotation. Team Annihilation and regular Annihilation game modes task you with capturing Oro dropped from player kills, a bit like Call of Duty’s Kill Confirmed mode.
In case there were’nt already enough ways to turn your fellow robo-suited players into bits of scorched metal, there are also three new weapons;

BOLTACE - An intimidating Tonfa set designed to match the design of the Boltor.
DAIKYU - It takes great strength to draw back, but provides added power and range.
ATOMOS - This particle cannon generates condensed beams of super-heated plasma designed to melt rock to ore, and enemies to molten slag.

There’s a lot more to see in Tubemen of Regor, so check out the game’s official website for the full rundown. The update is out now on all platforms.
