Ubisoft are still committed to fixing The Division's long list of issues before releasing any paid expansions. So much so they're riding on Patch 1.4 to make the game 'Feel more like a shooter'. That's a little odd to hear of a game that would only have been described as a shooter originally.

What's more, they're looking to create a more smooth climb to harder content rather than the current steep hill it appears to be between the hard, challenging and heroic versions of content.
You can read the in-depth update post over on the official Division develop blog here. It seems Ubisoft are committed to easing the communities problems with the game before throwing out any more unbalanced content.
