According to a source, which has since asked for the story to be pulled, Activision are looking to license music from the Vietnam ‘incident’.
They’ve been after some Cuban, African and Russian tunes too meaning we could be seeing tours in Vietnam and Cuba at the very least. Activision of course ”doesn’t comment” on rumour.
That VideoGame Blog has gone along with their sources request and pulled the news piece. Activision’s Noah Heller has already revealed the Call of Duty games will see the final battles in both the Pacific and European theatres.
”Activision doesn’t comment on rumor and speculation,” responded the publishing giant.
Looks like World War II may finally be wearing out its welcome in the COD universe.
