2010 FIFA World Cup dominates UK chart, SSFIV debuts second

The release of 2010 FIFA World Cup has shot to number one in the UK all formats chart, with it selling better on PS3 over Xbox 360 by 1 percent.

Capcom’s Super Street Fighter IV also debuted and had to settle with second place, pushing Ubisoft’s ever-persistent Just Dance into third.

48 to 47 percent is the split between 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa sales on PS3 and Xbox 360 respectively. Previous chart topped Splinter Cell: Conviction is now fourth, with Rockstar Games’ GTAIV: Episodes from Liberty City now fifth.

Sony’s God of War Collection, now finally available in Europe, entered in tenth - which isn’t bad at all for a compilation of the first two God of War games in HD for PS3. The new Iron Man 2 game enters in 20th place - poor Sega.
