Wadsworth called it ”Sony’s Gem”, but the corporate giant already dismissed this as a prototype name. Hints at Epic Mickey on 360/PS3.
Most recently the PlayStation 3 motion controller was thought to be named ‘Arc’, with Sony even trademarking a domain name for it. However they seem dismissive of that too as just another codename for it.
The Disney boss also cast doubt on Epic Mickey staying away from next-gen, thanks to the impending arrival of motion technology for both systems. ”We have a very large audience base that has Wiis in their home,” he said, reports Gamasutra.
”That’s not to say that we won’t go to other platforms”, he cautioned. Epic Mickey is being developed by Junction Point and headed by Deus Ex creator Warren Spector.
Just please give us a name for the PS3 Wand already Sony…
