Apparently he’s sidelining his ‘next project’ for something ”confidential” instead, although wouldn’t that count as his ‘next project’ anyway?
Kojima-san has already been teasing us with how mentally excited he is for his next game after Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, admitting it was interfering with the PSP release a little because his mind kept wandering off.
”The next project will challenge a certain type of taboo. If I mess up, I’ll probably have to leave the industry,” he twittered a little while ago now. His brain was in ”Next Title Mode” he said, but that seems to have changed already.
”I’m going to leave my next project to the side while I focus on the ‘Confidential Project’,” goes the veteran’s latest twitter, reports VGArabia. Yeah it’s not making all that much sense to most people but when do studio heads ever make much sense?
Just give us a date, a title or something!? Curse you twitter - this is your fault.
