It adds the ”new Invasion Game mode” where humans (that’s us!) and Chimera fight to capture and hold ”multiple control points” for as long as they can.
The downloadable content was announced by the studio via an in-game note. ”Expand your Resistance 3 experience with the Survival Pack,” it teased.
”…featuring the new Invasion Game mode – which forces humans and Chimera to capture and hold multiple control points for as long as possible. The more control points you defend, the faster your score will rise and the sooner your team wins.”
The DLC will be made available this October 4th on the PlayStation Store, accompanied by multiplayer skin pack and a static XMB theme.
Resistance 3 releases on PS3 September 9th in Europe.
