Harmonix has "significant news" coming

Harmonix is stating that they will have some “significant news” to announce at this year’s E3. This was revealed in an interview with Industry Gamers.

This comes in the wake of having been released by Electronic Arts and MTV Games months ago. What the “significant news” represents will more likely be the announcement of finding a new publishing partner, moreso than a new game. It’s unlikely Activision will pick them up, having just dropped the Guitar Hero series.
