How's a clown supposed to make a decent living after having his fame and fortune stripped from him by a crazy old woman? It's a hard life in Thimbleweed Park. He's sweary, he's angry, he's longer at the top of his game. Projecting his hatred of the town that cast him aside, Ransome the Clown is here to tell you a dead body is the least of your problems in this strange old town.
Thimbleweek Park Reached Its Kickstarter Goal In Just One Week In 2014
There's Birdmen, closed down electronics stores and a toilet with a lightbulb on it. Ransome isn't privy on the details of what we're getting ourselves into, but it's clear we'll be introduced to a host of colourful characters - and a ghost - to get to the bottom of whatever is making Thimbleweed Park such a miserable place. The charming old-school adventure game comes from Ron Gilbert - a man with years of experience in adventure games thanks to the Putt-Putt series. He handled the Penny Arcade Adventures series, too. So that probably helped. It's out at some point this year.
