The major Afterbirth for The Binding of Isaac is now available on Steam, which is the followup to the Rebirth expansion which was released almost a year ago to the day. Afterbirth includes what developer Edward McMullen states is over a 100 hours of gameplay. It also features over 100 new enemies, over 1000 new room designs, 120 new itemns, 8 new bosses, 10 new challenges, and a new soundtrack.
