Ah, the world of poor console ports. Some game developers just relinquish to the fact that console games sell better and are drastically less pirated than PC games. So, they put little effort into porting their games to the PC. The original Dark Souls was infamous for this fact. Dark Souls II has improved, but there is room for further improvement. Thus the community has stepped in to pick up where the developers left off. This mod is an example of such effort. This will change the XBox controller icons with lovely mouse and keyboard versions. If you play on PC (which is likely if you are reading this), then grab this file. A subtle yet critical improvement.

This is an ENB preset for Dark Souls II. The game actually doesn't have official support for an ENB, so the author of this had to do some tweaking. The result is a dramatic improvement to the game graphics.

The vanilla bloodstain sprite is half the resolution (128x128) of the one if Dark Souls 1 and has a really bad transparency on it. This HD one is 512x512 and has almost no transparency artifacts.
