Blogger Peter Moore has revealed on his blog through blogging that EA Sports is a “couple of months away” from letting details slip on new projects.
He did say that EA Sports is expanding their brand and focusing to develop their latest intellectual IP FaceBreaker, the game where you can quite literally break your opponents face. Now that's a sport.
"I’ve seen speculation the past few days about the comments we’ve made recently about new IP coming this year from EA SPORTS. While we’re still a couple of months away from any official new game announcements, I’m encouraged by the interest and excitement," says new blog-aholic Moore.
"As I’ve said many times over the past few months, as EA SPORTS looks to expand our brand and capture new audiences, developing new intellectual property - such as FaceBreaker and future unlicensed titles - will be a key component of that strategy."
With the near-unstoppable success of Nintendo's Wii, he was happy to blog that they've got eight titles in the development process with Moore saying this is "testament both to the global impact of that console currently in the global marketplace, as well as to our desire to attract more consumers to experience EA SPORTS games."
Peter Moore welcomes comments too and he enjoys the feedback on his little corner of the cyber universe "regardless of how hard you are on me." So if you feel like giving the Moore pieces of your mind or a pat on the back then click here to visit the Blog-o-Moore.
