FFXIII director Motomu Toriyama revealed the number during a mag interview, and that’s just ”main story”. Stock those snacks higher.
”For XIII, the size of the entire game is considerable. Just running through the main story takes experienced players over 50 hours. For the first time, I think it’s possible to play through in full in about 60 hours or so,” Toriyama-san told the mag, reports Kotaku.
Final Fantasy XIII has been in development for three years, which is no surprise given its length. It’s out this winter for PS3 in Japan, and heading West March 9th, 2010 for Xbox 360 and PS3. There’s no mega install required for FFXIII, just 500kb for saves. Phew.
