Those who live in the land of 50 states, federalised government and have a wavy flag with stripes and stars can get their mitts on the demo earlier.
To do so you need only pre-order PS3's Killzone 2 with GameStop, otherwise you'll need to wait like the rest of us around the world. The game releases on February 27th.
"The demo will be available on the PSN after the game ships but only through GameStop until then," said an SCEA statement.
Codes for access to the early demo are expect to become active on February 4th, giving you Killzone grunts plenty of time to drool over or despair at what's to come on the 27th.
UPDATE: SCEE has confirmed that a demo for Killzone 2 will definitely hit Europe, but no date has been mentioned. A pre-order scheme similar to GameStop's is also unlikely.
A source close to the publisher however hints to Eurogamer that if the demo clears QA in time it could see the demo release before the game launches. Yes that's right the whole demo scheduling is a mess.
